Are there any contracts or limitations to when I can cancel?
There’s no contract, and you can pay monthly. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.

What happens to my data when I cancel?
Tracking data captured by iTracker360 goes into your Infusionsoft account. All your data stays there, but you will not be able to capture new tracking data after cancelling your iTracker360 account.

Do I need multiple accounts if my Infusionsoft account has multiple users?
You only need one iTracker360 account, and all users may use the same login information. At this time we cannot offer multiple users on the same account.

Can I install iTracker360 on multiple domains?
Yes! There is no limit to how many domains you use our tracking code with, as long as they are all on the same Infusionsoft account.

I’m a consultant who supports multiple Infusionsoft clients. Can I just use one iTracker360 account?
No – the iTracker360 license is tied directly to the Infusionsoft application. You will need one iTracker360 account for each Infusionsoft account.

How does the charge show up on my credit card/bank statement?
The charge for iTracker360 shows up on your statement as InfusionExtreme LLC

Does my site have to be a WordPress site to use iTracker360?
No, it doesn’t. We do have an easy plugin for WordPress that you can use, or you can just manually add our tracking code to any website.
